Rachel Master, RD, LDN, CEDS-C

Registered Dietitian, Eating Disorder Specialist- Consultant

Rachel Master is an Arizona native and a graduate of the University of Arizona, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and completed her dietetic internship. She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist Consultant (CEDS-C) with experience working across all levels of eating disorder care, as well as in private practice and culinary nutrition.

Rachel is the founder of Master Nutrition & Wellness, an outpatient nutrition clinic dedicated to helping individuals and families build healthier, more peaceful relationships with food. Her approach is rooted in intuitive eating, body respect, and sustainable health behaviors rather than restrictive dieting or weight-focused interventions. As an anti-diet dietitian, she believes nutrition should feel approachable, empowering, and individualized—not overwhelming or punitive.

Her favorite part of this work is helping clients reconnect with their bodies, better understand hunger and fullness cues, challenge unhelpful food beliefs, and develop practical tools to support both physical and emotional well-being. Rachel works with individuals and families navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, general nutrition concerns, and athletic performance.

In addition to her clinical background, Rachel has experience as a private chef, which further deepened her love for food, cooking, and making nourishing meals feel realistic and enjoyable in everyday life.

Outside of work, Rachel loves cooking, staying active, and embracing the beautiful chaos of life with her two young children.
